Kate believes that we learn to be emotionally healthy or unhealthy through our relationships. Beginning with our childhood families and continuing into our closest friends and families today, we consciously and often unconsciously create bonds and make boundaries. Our closest relationships can be both nurturing and challenging to us, and help define our character. Through proven counseling techniques of discovery, education and practice you can learn to have rewarding relationships and create emotional health. By raising awareness and making small consistent changes in your thinking and actions you can make significant changes over time.
